"Support was slow to get back to me"
My experience with coworkshop.com was just okay. Customer support did eventually reply, but it took longer than it should have and I had to chase them up once, which was annoying. They were polite when they finally got back to me, but I really wish they’d been quicker about it

"Surprisingly easy, even for a loyal regular elsewhere"
I’ll admit I usually stick with another coworking site because I’m kind of loyal to what I already know, but coworkshop.com was really easy to use. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I needed. The layout felt clean and simple, even on my phone, which is a big plus for me. The checkout and booking steps were straightforward too. I was expecting to compare it and go back to my usual option, but this made a good case for itself

"Pricing was kind of confusing"
I wasn’t really a fan of how the pricing was laid out, to be honest. I felt like I had to click around a bit just to figure out what I’d actually end up paying. Maybe I missed something, but, yeah, the fees and plan details should be easier to see upfront. Overall, not the best experience for me.

"Packaging was actually solid"
The box showed up packed really well, which is more than I can say for some deliveries these days. No dents, no random mess, and everything inside looked clean and untouched. Whoever packed it clearly did their job, so I’ve got zero complaints about how it arrived

"Got it fixed, but it dragged on"
They did fix my issue in the end, so I’ll give them that. But the replies were slow, and I had to follow up twice before things actually moved along. I’ve dealt with support teams that were faster, but... yeah, at least it got sorted eventually.

"My order arrived totally fine and everything..."
My order arrived totally fine and everything was as expected, but I do kind of regret not paying closer attention to the shipping cost before checking out. It ended up being more than I thought it would be. Overall it was still okay, I just wish the shipping had been a bit cheaper.

"Refund showed up faster than I thought"
I placed an order on Coworkshop, but after looking it over again, I realized it wasn’t really what I needed, so I ended up cancelling it quickly.
I expected the refund to take maybe a week or more, but it was processed in around 2 or 3 days. The money was back in my account not long after, which was a relief.

I’d give it about 4 stars overall. Support took a little while to get back to me at first, maybe a day or so, but the actual refund part went smoothly enough.

"Still Holding Up Great"
I ordered a desk from Coworkshop a few months ago, it’s been better than I expected. I use it every day for work and I’m always moving stuff around on it, but it still feels really sturdy. No wobbling, no cheap flimsy feel, and the surface hasn’t picked up many scratches either. Overall, I’m happy with it so far.

"Product info was easy to find"
I was able to find the main stuff I needed without really having to hunt around, which I appreciated because I just wanted to make a decision and move on. Some of the specs could probably be explained a little more clearly, or maybe laid out better, but overall the product pages gave me enough to work with quickly. Not perfect, but good enough for me...

"Took forever to arrive"
Shipping was way too slow and frustrating. I waited much longer than expected, and once it finally showed up, it kind of felt like it only works when it wants to. Not really happy with the whole experience.

"There’s actually a good range of workshop..."
There’s actually a good range of workshop stuff here, like I went in just having a quick look and ended up spotting loads of bits and pieces that could come in handy. Plenty to choose from, which is always nice when you’re not totally sure what you need yet

I mean, it’s not bad overall. The one I got works fine and looks pretty much like the photos, so no major complaints there. I just can’t help feeling like some of the parts are a little on the cheap side, but maybe I was expecting too much for the price. It’s decent enough, just not as solid or nice-looking as I hoped...

"Pretty easy return overall"
I had to send something back because it didn’t really fit where I wanted it, which was kind of on me but also hard to tell online. The return process was easy enough, got the label fast, and the refund showed up a few days later. I wouldn’t say I love returning stuff, but since it wasn’t a hassle, I’m happy with it.

"A little disappointed, honestly"
I used coworkshop.com and while it was easy enough to navigate, I can’t say I was as happy with it as I expected to be. Everything was simple and clear, but it also felt a bit underwhelming. I didn’t run into any major problems, which was good, but I was still left feeling a little disappointed overall. I might use it again, but I’m not really excited about it.

"Exchange went through, but it was kind of slow"
I ordered from coworkshop.com and ended up needing a different size, so I had to do an exchange. The exchange did get sorted in the end, but it definitely took longer than I expected. The replies were slow, then I had to follow up, and it just felt like I was waiting around more than I should have been. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but the slow replies and the extra waiting made it feel less smooth. Overall it was okay, just slower than it needed to be.

I had a rough time trying to finish my order. The page was lagging a bunch, then I got some random payment error with no real explanation. I did finally get it through, but yeah, it was annoying...

"Finally found what I needed"
I’d been checking a bunch of sites for a few items and kept running into the same “out of stock” message, so it was a nice surprise when coworkshop.com actually had them listed as available. Even better, the stock info turned out to be accurate, which felt like a small win for the day.
Ordering was straightforward, and I didn’t get one of those frustrating follow-up emails saying the items were actually unavailable. It was a simple, smooth experience, and I’d be happy to use them again
